Our new home, a townhouse located in San Mateo, CA, is currently in the process of being built. We were originally scheduled to move into it by July or August of 2003, but delays due to weather (nice and bad), obtaining city permits, and overall poor project management have pushed the date further on beginning anywhere in December 2003 to some time in February 2004. In the meantime, we have listed some basic information (courtesy of Ryland Homes) about our new home below.
