Since our new home is still in the process of being built, we thought it might be fun to keep tabs on the different phases of development of our new townhouse. Click on any dates listed below to see how our new townhouse looks on that date.

Framing has gone up and we can already begin to see the skeleton of our town-house taking shape. Distinctive features include our two-windowed master-bedroom (on the top floor), which faces south and overlooks the lush, regularly-watered, grassy lawn (pictured below) part of which our Monthly Association Dues pay to maintain. There's nothing like being able to see and enjoy where your hard-earned dollars go.

In their efforts to document these pictures for the website, Paul and Florence "mistakenly" overlooked the "No Tresspassing" sign (pictured below) posted in front of the chicken-wire-fenced area surrounding Marble Bay II. In fact, one especially large "No Tresspassing" sign blatantly displayed in front of Lot 6010 went innocently un-noticed by the curious couple.
