Jo Jo's Clubhouse (pictured above) definitely has one of thee best shaved ice around in Kauai. Located on the west shores of Kauai, Jo Jo's famous shaved ice consists of over 61+ flavors. We highly recommend having shaved ice with ice cream on the bottom.
